Scope
This privacy policy applies to the Timer for Wellness app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by QSTAR LABS LTD (collectively, the “Application”). QSTAR LABS LTD is the Service Provider.
Information obtained and use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
The Application is designed so that routine and session information used by the app remains on your device unless you remove it using in-app controls or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider does not retain this local app data on remote servers. If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider, it is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
You may delete local Application data using available in-app data controls or by uninstalling the Application. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing zq80753@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device and ends its local operation.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal-data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to the systems and any information it does hold.
Data breach notification
If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notice will be given where required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested by contacting zq80753@gmail.com.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
